What is the return policy?
We accept returns if your item arrived damaged, is defective, or if you received the wrong item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shoptaugira@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. Approved requests will receive either a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that returns are not accepted for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes — orders cancelled more than 12 hours after placement cannot be cancelled or refunded. Additionally, returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, minor cosmetic differences from product photos, or normal carrier delays. Only items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent are eligible for a return or replacement.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days within the contiguous U.S. You'll receive a tracking number via email within 24–48 hours of shipment. Please note that some products ship from our supplier warehouses, which may affect timing slightly.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order and location, and you'll always see the exact cost at checkout before completing your purchase. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C. — we do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally at this time.
