We work with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, including CJ Dropshipping and Zendrop, to process and ship your order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the 50 United States and Washington D.C. only.
We do not ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, or the U.S. Virgin Islands) or international locations at this time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier. Most orders are delivered within 1-2 weeks.
Please note that these times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing may affect delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the product or promotion.
Occasionally, shipping fees may be waived for promotions; these are clearly indicated on the product page.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once items are handed to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at shoptaugira@gmail.com.
We will work with the supplier to assist, but please note that refunds or replacements are subject to review and the supplier’s policies.

Some products are shipped directly from CJ Dropshipping or Zendrop warehouses.
